How to Practice a forehand swing to contact in tennis

The third step of the tennis forehand is to swing to contact. Having completed your preparation, you need to do three things to get to your contact point on your forehand: 1) push off your outside leg and get your heel up, 2) rotate your body toward the net, and 3) drop the tennis racket down and swing forward with your hitting arm.
